Before I found advertising and copywriting I found editing and filmmaking. I loved it so much I moved to NYC with exactly zero contacts or job offers. I spent six years working as an assitant editor and then eventually editing myself. 

Below are some of the commercial projects I was a part of.

Google Pixel NBA Playoffs

Client: Google
Agency: The Spring Hill Company
Role: Cutting Assistant

Sole cutting assistant for editor Niles Howard.The campaign was launched with a longform and then accompanying 30, 15, and 6 second spots. The 30 second spots aired during the NBA playoffs.

Poker Go / Stories From The Felt


Client: Poker Central
Production: Greencard Pictures
Role: Editor

This first season of Stories from the Felt consisted of 6 short films all of which were directed by Duncan Skiles. I was the junior editor on all of them and meaningfully contributed to all the rough cuts and ushered them from beginning to their eventual premiere on Poker Central’s streaming platform PokerGo.


Saucony / Call Us Runners

Assistant editor to Toddy Stewart, the editor of the campaign. I provided creative and technical support, cut rough edits, and facilitated all deliveries for the final campaign.


Fender / Player Series

Client: Fender
Production: Neighboorhood Watch

Campaign consisted of 4 short character potrait films that launched on Fenders web platforms.




Foot Locker / Holiday House Party

An online social first campaign for Foot Locker. I was the sole cutting assistant editor on this one.

Away Travel

Client: Away Travel
Role: Editor

In 2019 I was contracted to be Away Travels first in house social video editor. I repurposed larger campaign edits for social and worked on a number of social first campaigns as part of the in house creative team. I was constantly working alongside the in-house producers, copywrtiers, art directors, and designers while also presenting edits and video concepts to creative leadership.
